Logo design for the month of March

Clients giving their own concepts/ideas for a logo, and then they let me do a design refinement. Here are my outputs, what are your thoughts? :)

Arcanys CDO Recruitment Event Web Banners

I was assigned to do simple + creative banners for our company recruitment event in CDO. As usual, Im using vector-themed cartoon artwork for the design and concepts of the banners (see works below)
