Logo design for the month of March

Clients giving their own concepts/ideas for a logo, and then they let me do a design refinement. Here are my outputs, what are your thoughts? :)

Worklife balance

I may do design 24/7, but it might kill my creativity if I dont find some extra time to do other things... As my advice, it is also a need to reduce stress by doing not work-related activities.. e.g. Watching movies, reading books, sports, etc.

This is what I usually do on mornings, I work my ass off the gym..

And paid it by working overtime in the office late night :/

Arcanys CDO Recruitment Event Web Banners

I was assigned to do simple + creative banners for our company recruitment event in CDO. As usual, Im using vector-themed cartoon artwork for the design and concepts of the banners (see works below)

Logo design for a start of the work week

I've been assigned to do a logo for a french client for a club that loves to eat perches and fries. Attached are screenshots of what i have created

 

My First Artwork for these year 2016!

It was not really a good new year for me since I was having a Hi-Fever and Flu, and spent most of my day at home.. Rather than doing nothing, I decided to vectorized my wife's photo in 4 hrs of illustrator render. I thought of giving this to her as a new year gift and was surprised that she liked it.

2015 Sideline

The Big Change 2015

I didnt expect that there would be a very big change this year for me, ever since I have left Lexmark. I really thought I would not grow as a designer but it just so happened that I have improved so fast somehow and I had this big change.

hehehe, just kidding.. this is not a design related picture of course but this is also true as these undies are mine, and that Im getting bigger since I 've worked with Arcanys (because of eating much much food and no diet at all). And there goes my butt, my thighs, my balls and my dick grow BIG :(

Anyway, enough of the jokes, this is the BIG change that I am referring to. This is about the style of the design since google trended the "material design" or the flat design trend, I've been moving away from my typical way of designing a website (like from removing depths, and lessen gradients and shadows.)

Happy with myself that I was able to adapt faster. :)

Best Year again 2015

This is my first post for this year.. I've been very busy after moving to a new job and I was able to add up and improve somehow my design skills.

Attached below is a sample of my work as UX / UI designer, these are sample designs for the mobile apps that I've been working. This has been a challenging job for me and I am so happy I was able to have an opportunity to work on these kind of projects only in Arcanys(where I currently work).

I have not much to say, I'll be posting more of these UI designs soon.

Nike and Converse Inspired Shirts

Just a simple tshirt design for a highschool basketball team and club that im currently running. This is printed via vinyl and the quality looks original and legit. (sorry to nike and converse for using your brand logos, promise this is for personal use only)

A gift for a friend

Last weekend, I cannot think of any unique gift to give my french friend, Pauline. So here, I made her a vector illustration which took me 6 days to finish. From lineart to color shading. Again, im not good with words so this is all I can say, "I hope you liked it :)"

Posters for Den EDM Event

The Den, One of my best clients made me do a poster design for their friday and saturday night events. And one of their best DJ is a close friend of mine and I did a logo for him, cards and some materials. Not much to say, here are the posters I did for Den.

its been almost a year since my last post :D anyway, i was involve in some filming project which they tasked to do some design for their posters(movie). Here are some of it.

The Lexmark Stallions 2013 Practice Jersey

Here is another practice uniform design which I got the concept again with the current adidas practice jersey. This is almost the same with the Drillers and SBC uniform (actually the combination of the 2). My Teammates were really very happy wearing this jersey and they are planning to have order a double if they had to.

The SBC 2013 Practice Uniform

SBC, also known as Sunday Basketball Club is where I play basketball actively with my friends. I've been with SBC since 2010, and currently I am the commissioner of the club. Anyway,  I came up with a concept of a jersey design almost similar to the current design of the adidas nba team practice jerseys but instead of the adidas logo on top I have placed the underarmour :)

The Lexmark Stallions Alternate Jersey Design

Here's the official 2012 Basketball jersey of the Lexmark stallions. The design is kinda simple but this is the first time i have included a team logo on a jersey.

The logo is inspired with the detroit pistons' fire horse :D

The LRDC Basketball Season 2012 Jersey Design

Here's the approved design for the lexmark basketball tournament official uniform. Its mimic'd from the washington wizards retro home uniform.

Last years Drillers Uniform Design

At jcenter mall last year, we participated with their Christmas league(basketball) and we almost had the championship crown, but we lacked players on the final game since most of them were on vacation. We were 1st runner up though.
